Do you have a favorite toy? One that you give at every babyshower, or to every child or grandchild?  My favorites include those that challenge a child to problem solve and initiate creative play. Entertaining toys that can be used in endless ways during play seem to last and last. When the inclement weather forced my kids inside there were plenty of toys that required imagination and creativity. They built their own barns and play mats for breyer horses.
